Cyber Performance (Training Programs to establish a tech-culture fusion platform for the beneficiary countries) July 2017 – December 2018
Participants: This project focuses on five (5) Asi@Connect beneficiary countries (ERNET, India; MYREN, Malaysia; VinaREN, Vietnam; BdREN, Bangladesh; PERN, Pakistan) and one (1) non-beneficiary country (NEXT, Korea). However other beneficiary countries are eligible to join.
NEXT (Korea), UWA (Malaysia), VinaREN (Vietnam) Objective: - To build a long-term exchange platform for tech-culture fusion that connects applications, data, people and processes quickly from anyone to anywhere. - To streamline the process of collaboration from participants and set up a mechanism to solve problems that can occurr during the project. - To provide good technical training programs for engineers, technicians and artists that are not only interestedin cyber performances but also in culture technology.
Approach: One of the key themes in the 21st century is creativity. Future technology that creates novel added value aims to improve the quality of human life and expand the scope of technology fusion. The Cyber performance project sets out to be an optimal platform by enabling participants to work together in real time.
Program: The project is divided into three (3) types of programs: workshop/symposium, training program and Cyber performance. The program planned is as shown in the table below.
