| [Brief Result] Training Programs to establish a tech-culture fusion platform | |

An aim of this program which will be last for 22 months is to build up a sustainable basis of discussion and collaboration with beneficiary and non=beneficiary countries involoved in tech-culture fusion issues using the TEIN network.
As a first step, Partners (5 beneficiary countries and 1 non-beneficiary country: India, Malaysia, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Pakistan and South Korea) joined at a preparatory meeting and training program. On this meeting, they could get a time to build up human network and to learn basicly how to set up the technical systems.
The next plan is scheduled on November 2017.
