APAN is the greatest community in Asia Pacific region for scholars, experts, teachers, and students to share the ideas and experiences of the Internet development globally, and to face the challenges, and to explore collaboration opportunities. It holds the meetings twice a year and provides a splendid platform for the professors and scientists to work together to promote the national, regional and international Internet development.
CERNET Center and the local host (Dalian University of Technology) will be very happy to work with APAN Program Committee and APAN Secretariat very closely to ensure the APAN44 a great success.
