3. Reimbursement of beneficiary expenses
Meeting expenses for one representative of each beneficiary partner will be reimbursed from TEIN4 budgets in accordance with the terms set out in the partners’ agreements with TEIN*CC. Up to 4 per diems may be claimed without prior agreement with TEIN*CC. The per diem for Hawaii is 272 Euro per night. The claim form for reimbursements can be downloaded at the following link: http://www.teincc.org/tein4/?c=1/7&uid=5 Claims must be made in accordance with the instructions on the claim form.
4. Bilateral Meetings with TEIN*CC
TEIN*CC has planned bilateral meetings with TEIN4 partners during the APAN meetings in Hawaii. If any TEIN4 partners want to have the bilateral meeting during the APAN meetings, please contact with BK Kim to make the meeting schedules. ----------
