There is TEIN-Training series, "Advanced BGP Training" in ASTI, Philippines from 20 to 22 Janunuary
This training is held based on collaboration between ASTI, PREGINET, NSRC, TEIN*CC. 
  This three day workshop is a mix of lectures and hands-on lab work to teach the skills required for the configuration and operation of National Research and Education networks connecting R&E institutions to the Internet.
  -ISIS design and best practices for Service Provider networks
-BGP protocol, attributes and policy control
-BGP Best Practices, including Aggregation
-BGP multihoming techniques (redundancy and load balancing)
-BGP Communities as used by Network Operators
