A brief note about 'the 3rd Governors’ Meeting'

The 3rd Governors’Meeting was successfully held at Hawaii University, U.S.A on 13 Jan 2013. TEIN*CC and participants(16 governors and 10 observers) shared TEIN4 project activity results and its financial report of year 2012.

Also each governor presented their ideas for TEIN4 project and discussed for the betterment of project implementation.
