The Asi@Connect project plans to launch a procurement tender during this coming February. The tender will try to procure new Network Monitoring System in the TEIN Hong Kong POP. Please refer to the attached for further details on this PIN stage. The tender dossier in which elaborates budget, technical specifications and award criteria will be distributed at the next phase (i.e. Contract Notice).
